Barbara’s Dissertation Progress is a blog published several times a month by Barbara B. Nixon, Ph.D. (ABD).
Barbara is completing her dissertation at Capella University, focusing on leadership development in volunteer organizations, more specifically within the Presbyterian Church (USA).
Currently, Barbara is an assistant professor of Communication Arts at Georgia Southern University. A Life Member of the International Listening Association, Barbara as served in ILA board roles for more than a decade.
